To order a cake/cupcakes please let me know what date you would like to collect, the design you have in mind, and any allergies. I will then come back to you as soon as possible with preliminary ideas and quotation.

Once the design and price of your cake has been agreed I will ask for a deposit to be paid by bank transfer. This is a non-refundable deposit to ensure space is saved for your cake to be made. Failure to pay the deposit with 24 hours means I can't guarantee the space will be available. The balance is then due 1 week before collection (1 month for wedding cakes).

If I have to cancel your order due to unforeseen circumstances the deposit you have paid will be refunded or transferred (date subject to availability).

Please note when ordering, cupcakes/cakes are freshly baked. Cupcakes are best eaten within 2 days. Fondant cakes are best eaten within 5 days and buttercream cakes within 3 days.

Cakes/cupcakes should only be transported in the footwell or boot of the vehicle. I do not take responsibility and I am unable to offer any refund for a cake that’s damaged after it has been collected.
