Collection of personal data including email addresses When you contact or instruct me, I request personal information about you such as your name, email address and telephone number. The information you provide is either manually or electronically stored. All information is stored on password protected devices that only I have access to and these passwords are updated regularly and the devices have the relevant and up to date security software.

Use of personal data I will use your personal data to fulfil your instructions and requirements and will ask only for data that is adequate, relevant and not excessive for those purposes. I will ask for the details at the time of you ordering either by phone, email or messages via Facebook, in order to process your order. Once all orders discussed in the messages have been fulfilled the messages will be deleted within 28 days. When I ask you for personal data it may be to contact you to inform you of my services I will not share your details to any 3rd party.

Scope of privacy policy I am committed to maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information provided by you to me. The term ‘personal data’ is defined in the Data Protection Act 1998. Every customer has the right to access any data I hold on them.
